Bottle (11A15)
A small, clear glass ink bottle found on the wreck of the James Eagan Layne. The bottle has a cork stopper with a plastic tube through the centre. The bottle is heavily abraded with part of the neck broken off. Some dried remains of the original ink contents are still inside the bottle. On the base of the bottle is written 5, 1828, A527
